Conformance Standard
We are working toward conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with visual, auditory, motor, cognitive, and other disabilities.
We describe our current status as partially conformant: most of the Site meets the standard, and some content may not yet fully conform.
Measures We Take
- An accessibility tool is available on every page, offering text sizing, line height and alignment controls, a readable font option, contrast and grayscale adjustments, link highlighting, a reading mask, focus outlines, image hiding, and animation pausing.
- We review new pages and content for keyboard navigability, color contrast, heading structure, and descriptive alternative text on images.
- We aim to describe link destinations in the link text itself rather than relying on “click here.”
- We consider accessibility when selecting themes, plugins, and third-party tools for the Site.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some limitations remain. We are aware of the following and are working to address them:
- Third-party content. Some elements are supplied by outside services — embedded maps, form protection tools, and social media content — and we do not control their accessibility.
- Documents. PDFs and other documents prepared by outside parties, including transaction forms and reports, may not be fully accessible.
- Older content. Some earlier photographs and pages may lack complete alternative text while we work through them.
Alternative Access
If any part of this Site prevents you from getting information you need, we will provide that information to you directly in a format that works for you, at no cost. Call or email us and we will read listings and documents to you, send materials in an alternative format, or walk through anything on the Site with you by phone.
