Last updated: September 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Konstantin Bogatyrev, P.A., doing business as Uplifted Realty (“Uplifted Realty,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, and shares information when you visit upliftedrealty.com (the “Site”) or contact us about real estate services.

Uplifted Realty is a Florida licensed real estate brokerage serving Orange, Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Osceola, Polk, and Pasco Counties.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

When you submit a contact or inquiry form on the Site, we collect your first name, last name, email address, and the content of your message. If you choose to include a phone number or other details, we collect those as well. Before a form is submitted, you must affirmatively consent to our storing the information you send.

If you call or email us directly, we collect whatever information you choose to share.

Information collected automatically

When you visit the Site, our analytics tools may collect your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, and the dates and times of your visits. This information is collected only where you have consented through our cookie banner.

Information we do not collect

The Site does not offer user accounts or registration, and we do not collect passwords from visitors. We do not operate an IDX property search on the Site, and we do not collect saved-search or saved-listing data. We do not process payments through the Site, and we never collect payment card or bank account numbers through this website.

2. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Cookies that are strictly necessary — those that remember your cookie choice and protect our forms from automated abuse — are always active. Nothing else is set unless you agree to it through our cookie banner, and we honor Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals sent by your browser.

Our Cookie Policy lists every cookie the Site uses, who sets it, what it does, and how long it lasts, and explains how to change or withdraw your choice at any time.

3. Third-Party Services

We use the following service providers, each of which may process limited information about your visit:

  • Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager — website analytics. Google’s practices are described in the Google Privacy Policy. You may opt out of Google Analytics across all sites using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
  • Google reCAPTCHA — protects our forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information and behavioral data for that purpose. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Google Terms of Service.
  • Google Fonts — typefaces served from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address as part of delivering them.
  • Elementor — website builder, cookie consent, and accessibility tools, served in part through a content delivery network protected by Cloudflare.
  • Our web host — stores the Site and its server logs.
  • Our email provider — delivers and stores form submissions and correspondence.

4. How We Use Information

  • To respond to your inquiry and provide real estate brokerage services you request
  • To communicate with you about properties, transactions, and market information relevant to your request
  • To maintain records required of Florida real estate brokers
  • To operate, secure, and improve the Site
  • To comply with legal, regulatory, and professional obligations

5. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We share information only as follows:

  • Service providers listed in Section 3, who process information on our behalf.
  • Transaction participants, when you engage us for brokerage services and sharing is necessary to carry out the transaction — for example cooperating brokers, title and closing agents, lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and attorneys.
  • Regulators and legal process, where required by law, including the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and the Florida Real Estate Commission, or in response to lawful requests.
  • Professional advisors, such as our attorney or accountant, under duties of confidentiality.

6. Communications and Consent

If you provide a phone number, you consent to be contacted at that number about your inquiry. We obtain prior express written consent before sending autodialed or prerecorded sales calls or text messages, consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act and the Florida Telephone Solicitation Act, section 501.059, Florida Statutes. Message and data rates may apply. You may withdraw consent at any time by replying STOP to a text message, by asking us during any call, or by emailing us at the address below.

You may opt out of marketing email at any time using the unsubscribe link in the message or by contacting us. We will still send transactional messages relating to an active inquiry or transaction.

7. Data Retention

We keep inquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to respond to you and for our legitimate business purposes. Where an inquiry becomes a transaction, Florida law requires real estate brokers to preserve books, accounts, and records relating to the brokerage for at least five years, under rule 61J2-14.012, Florida Administrative Code. We retain those records accordingly.

8. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information we hold, including encrypted transmission of form data and access controls on our systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

If a breach of security affecting your personal information occurs, we will notify affected individuals and, where applicable, the Florida Department of Legal Affairs, in accordance with the Florida Information Protection Act, section 501.171, Florida Statutes.

9. Your Choices and Rights

As a matter of policy, and regardless of whether a particular statute applies to a business of our size, you may ask us to:

  • Confirm what personal information we hold about you and provide a copy
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Delete personal information we hold about you
  • Stop sending you marketing communications

Email us at contact@upliftedrealty.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to verify your identity before acting, and we may decline a deletion request to the extent we are required to retain records under Florida real estate law or other legal obligations.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to websites we do not control, including social media profiles and industry resources. This Privacy Policy does not apply to those sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Material changes will be noted on the Site.
